Who we are

Palmer Lead Machine LLC ("we", "us") is a demand-generation and revenue-infrastructure firm for home-improvement companies, located at 5800 Hollywood Blvd, Apt 217, Sarasota, FL 34231. You can reach us any time at Jpalmer@palmerleadmachine.com.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us — and very little else:

• Information you submit — when you contact us, book a call, or fill out one of our forms (including lead forms on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram), we receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your answers to qualifying questions such as trade, company revenue range, and role.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard request data any font server receives.
• Advertising platform data — if you reached us through an ad, the advertising platform (for example, Meta) may provide us the form responses you submitted there and standard campaign metadata. The platform's own privacy policy governs what it collects on its properties.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and hold the conversation you asked for.
• To evaluate whether your company is a fit for our services.
• To contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text message. By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or of emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.
• To operate our business — analytics on our own marketing, record-keeping, and legal compliance.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information. Not to lead brokers, not to "partners", not to anyone.
• We do not share your information with other companies for their own marketing.
• We do not buy, resell, or recycle lead lists — that is the business model we exist to replace.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, telephone and messaging carriers, our CRM infrastructure, and scheduling tools — and only what they need to do their job. Each is bound to use the data solely to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have an active relationship or a legitimate business need, then delete or anonymize them. You can shortcut this at any time — see below.

Your choices

Email us at Jpalmer@palmerleadmachine.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — whichever you ask. Opt-outs of texts (reply STOP) and emails (unsubscribe link) take effect immediately and are honored across every channel when you tell us to stop contact entirely. Residents of states with consumer-privacy statutes (such as California) may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same email address; we do not discriminate against anyone for doing so.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. A material change will be noted plainly at the top of this page.
